I have been getting massages for quite some time now and by far I’ve never had such an amazing experience as I’ve had at drift spa. Tiffany was professional extremely sweet and knew exactly where to massage. This place really gave me a different view of how massages should really be. Thank you for the service. The tea room experience was incredible. The full experience from walking in, to disconnecting and the massage was truly relaxing. Chloe was wonderful and made the spa experience lovely. I would pay just to sit in the tea room quiet for an hour with a calming tea!

I had 100 minute Swedish massage with extra scalp massage and footwork. To say it was amazing is an understatement. It truly was magical! So relaxing and very much enjoyed. Can’t wait to come back! I also appreciated the relaxation time beforehand to wind down.

Kelly was awesome and attentive to the areas I wanted help with the most. She did an awesome job of making sure I was relaxed and felt totally at peace during my massage. She really worked out the muscles in my neck and shoulders which I am so happy about. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent, calming and relaxing. Would definitely come back again next time I'm in Lancaster area.

The entire experience from entering the spa to exiting was pure relaxed bliss. The best massage I’ve had in my life. And my first facial felt amazing. I highly recommend Drift as a place to unwind and decompress.

I love this spa! They give you robes and slippers to wait in the relaxation room where they offer tea and champagne. The massages here are always amazing. After your service, you are allowed to use the pool and hot tub and you can order food from the restaurant to be brought to you if you like.

After staying at this hotel annually for the past three years, I finally treated myself to the Drift Spa—and wow, I only wish I’d come sooner. From the moment I walked in, the serene ambiance and warm, calming energy of the space put me at ease. Adrienne welcomed me so graciously and took incredible care in setting everything up just right. She also guided me toward the perfect products to help me fully relax and continue that calm at home—her knowledge and kindness made such a difference. I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Claudia, and it was phenomenal. The relaxation room was the perfect pre- and post-service sanctuary. Cozy, dimly lit, with the most comforting tea and tranquil vibes—exactly what you'd hope for in a luxury spa. And the sweetest touch at the end? A delicious little piece of chocolate wrapped in gold. It’s the small details that make something truly special. If you're staying here (or if you’re local), do yourself a favor and book an appointment. Drift Spa is a gem.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My first spa experience here was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming—luxurious, but in a refreshing and approachable way. The staff was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely cared for. The massage itself was heaven-sent, and little touches like the heated table, cozy lounge chairs, and even a glass of champagne made the experience feel extra special. The dressing room alone felt like a dream escape. I did miss the tea ceremony this time, but I’ll definitely plan to arrive early next visit so I can enjoy it fully. This spa is absolutely recommend-worthy, and I’m already looking into a self-care membership to make this part of my regular routine.
